I'm a culture consultant and people strategist with two decades of experience helping teams everywhere from small start-ups to international enterprises, from New York City to Irish cow fields.
I also hold a Master (of Science) in HR Analytics and Measurement, am certified as a SHRM-SCP, and have received the Dublin Women in Tech Leader of the Year award and won multiple Great Place to Work certifications.
And I do take culture very seriously.

I believe in data.
People are the biggest (and most important) metric a business has. While people can't be reduced to numbers, problems and progress can and should be tracked.
Every company is different.
So the traditional HR solutions won't always solve the problem (and buying more ping-pong tables never will).
So while I start with industry best practices,
I also incorporate innovations and insights
from the latest research in neuroscience, organizational psychology, and the new world of work.
Because when people thrive, the business thrives. And we get there by strategically supporting and cultivating each unique
