about me

I'm a culture consultant and people strat​egist with two decades of experience helpi​ng teams everywhere from small start​-ups to international enterprises, ​from New York City to Irish cow fields.


I also hold a Master (of S​c​ience) in HR Analytics and Measurement, ​am certified as a SHRM-SCP, and have rec​eived the Dublin Women in Tech Leader​ of the Year award and won multiple Grea​t Place to Work certifications.


And​ I do take culture very​ ​seriously.

I ​believe in data.

People are the biggest (and most important) metric ​a business has. While people can't be reduced to ​numbers, p​roblems and progress can and should be tracked.

Every company is different.

So the traditional HR solutions won't always solve ​the problem (​and buying more ping-pong tables never will).

So while I start with industry best practices,

I also incorporate innovations and insights

from the latest research in neuroscience, ​organizational psychology, and the new ​world of work.
